Larissa Duron
CEO | PRESIDENT | FOUNDER
HEAD OF ENGINEERING
Duron Industries LLC was founded by Larissa Duron. With over 25 years in the technology industry, including over 15 years in electrical systems engineering and manufacturing, she started the company with a focus on innovation and a commitment to delivering a customized approach to each client's project. Larissa also holds a degree in Art and Engineering giving her the ability to visualize a concept into product development.
Larissa is an innovative Electrical Engineer skilled at consulting, managing, designing, and developing rapid prototypes and developing products for laser, vehicle, and robotic technology. She also managed the design of motion control systems for robotic scanners in multi-axis applications and is experienced in electro-mechanical assembly for motors and drivers in controllers and positioners for near-field and far-field RF testing. This included on-site customer support and repair for companies in the aerospace and defense industries. As a former Lead Engineer in expedition vehicle projects, she led the technical team heading the demonstration and showcasing technology and creative capabilities for commercial, government, and military contracts and uses the leadership skills gained to lead Duron Industries.
A decorated U.S. Army veteran driven by integrity. Larissa began her career with the United States Army – Signal Corps, active duty for 4 years with an honorable discharge as an E-4 Specialist. Deployed to the 1st Signal Brigade Yongsan Garrison, South Korea, and the 29th Signal Battalion in support of the I Corps 7th Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, WA for combat communications and Cable Systems Installer/Maintainer.

Maggie London
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER | COO
Maggie comes to Duron Industries LLC with 20 years of operations, technology, law, finance, strategic communications, business development consulting, graphic design, and brand strategy experience. She heads the development of the company's strategic and compliance, HR, Marketing/PR, and Finance policies.
Maggie graduated with a 4.0 and obtained her Masters degree in Strategic Communications, a Bachelor's degree in Pre-law, and a certificate in Negotiations from Yale University with a pending MBA and Six Sigma Black Belt. She is also certified in Graphic Design and has a CA license in Health/Variables.
Maggie started her first business at the age of 18 and has founded multiple charities and businesses, building them from the ground up and is an active member in the LGBT community. Her professional experience ranges from assisting attorneys in developing content for the State Bar Exam and aiding California municipalities' revenue enhancement goals to leading the implementation of an intellectual property law database for federal patents. Her knowledge and broad-ranged professional skills have been an asset to our business growth and maintaining our strategic goals.
Jerry Aviles
ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION MANAGER
HEAD OF MANUFACTURING
Jerry comes to Duron Industries with over 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing as a supervisor and senior-level technician with PCA/PCB, RF products, cable and wire harness assemblies and Quality Control (QC/QA) of final assemblies. Highly skilled in electrical and product design, he heads the assembly technician staff and works with the operations team to spearhead manufacturing compliance which includes electrical safety testing; CE Mark and Hipot.
Jerry is a certified IPC Trainer (CIT) with an additional certification in IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 and has years of experience in MIL-SPEC (component level) documents (document control) and products with an education in Electronics Technology. As the Head of Manufacturing/Electronics Production Manager, Jerry is dedicated to quality and teams with Larissa to personally oversee each project. Additionally, he leads the manufacturing team with his expert project planning, dedication to efficiency, and R&D skills in electrical and product design work.
Neil Medrano
SENIOR ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
Neil has over 10 years of experience in production assembly in aerospace manufacturing and was hand-picked by Larissa for his expertise in product testing, cable assembly, LED/Lighting skills, and PCB assembly.
Our clients rely on Neil for his dedication to quality as a support Engineer, and his extensive contributions to each project in Mechanical, Optical, and assembly projects.
Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Communication Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and graduated with honors.
He has extensive assembly experience with RF products, stepper motor systems, cable harnesses, and custom enclosures. He is adept in using a range of hand crimp tools both circular and square/rectangular. He has worked with many connectors including Molex connector, AMP, Jager, CMC, and several others. Program testers such as Cirris tester and MPT 5000 using their respective programming language and Lua programming.
Jason Patrick
MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Jason has over 20 years of experience in Product Design and Industrial Design Engineering.
His background includes the highly sought-after role of managing the R&D lab where tooling was built and machined for in-house manufacturing of industrial, aerospace, and acoustical insulation.
Jason holds a Master of Arts in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design, and an Associate of Applied Arts in Industrial Design Technology all from the Art Institute of California. He is skilled in Solidworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Model Making, and Concept Development. Fusion 360, CNC Programming, 3D Printing/Prototyping/Laser, Cutting/Etching, Manufacturing Processes, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keyshot, Maxwell Render, Microsoft Office, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver, Trello/Teamwork.
Jason's education, communication, and skills in Product Design and Design for Manufacturing make him a cohesive part of each project.
